Limitless Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

Rawlings Studio provides the Limitless mobile application. This policy explains what information Limitless processes, why it is used, the services involved, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we process

Account information: your email address, name when provided, Firebase account identifier, sign-in method and account status.

Content you provide: onboarding answers, current and desired reality statements, reflections, check-ins, goals, action steps, milestones, library entries, Echo conversations and other text you choose to enter.

Device and notification information: notification token, timezone, reminder preferences, delivery status and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the app.

Subscription information: product, entitlement, trial and renewal status, and entitlement expiry. Google Play processes your payment method; Rawlings Studio does not receive your full card details.

Support and communications: information you provide when requesting support or asking to receive a report or email.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account; provide personalised reflections, route maps, reminders and awareness signals; save and synchronise your progress; manage premium access; send requested service communications; provide support; prevent misuse; diagnose faults; and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI processing

Limitless uses AI to generate observations, summaries and guidance. Relevant text you enter and contextual information from your journey may be sent through protected Firebase Functions to OpenRouter and its model providers to generate a response. Do not enter information you do not want processed for this purpose. AI output can be inaccurate and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

5. Service providers

Limitless uses service providers only as needed to operate the app, including Google Firebase for authentication, database, cloud functions and notifications; Google Sign-In; Google Play for app distribution and billing; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management; OpenRouter and relevant AI model providers for AI responses; and Brevo for requested or operational email delivery. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Storage and security

We use access controls, authenticated services and encryption in transit where supported to protect information. Some data is also stored locally on your device so the app can remember your progress and settings. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account information and journey content while your account remains active or as needed to provide Limitless. You can permanently delete your Limitless account and associated active app data from Settings by selecting Delete account, typing DELETE and confirming. Limited records may remain for a reasonable period in provider backups, security logs or where retention is legally required.

Deleting your Limitless account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play.

8. Your choices

You can edit information in the app, change notification permissions in your device settings, cancel subscriptions through Google Play, request privacy assistance, or delete your account. You may also contact us to ask about access or correction of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

9. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. We use established service providers and appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Children

Limitless is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Limitless, its providers or legal requirements change. The updated policy will show a new effective date and will be made available in the app and on this webpage.
